Copoche, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Pip mobile application (the "App").

By using Pip, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to operate and improve Pip. This includes:

Personal Information

Your name, email address, and profile photo (if provided)
Names and basic details about your children (e.g., birth date, gender)

Log Data

Logs you create (e.g., feeding, diapers, sleep, growth, medication)
Notes you optionally add
Uploaded photos or "Moments" for personal tracking

Device Information

Device model and OS version
Crash reports and performance data (via Firebase Crashlytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Provide core app functionality (log tracking, dashboards, etc.)
Sync and back up your data across devices
Share data with caregivers you explicitly invite
Improve app stability and performance

We do not use your data for:

Targeted advertising
Third-party marketing
Health analysis or diagnosis

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your data.

We may share limited data with:

Firebase, to provide secure authentication, real-time database services, and crash reporting
Caregivers you invite, who will see the logs and media you choose to share
Legal authorities, if required by law (e.g., subpoenas or to prevent harm)

4. Photos and Media

You may upload photos ("Moments") for personal use. These:

Are visible only to you and any caregivers you explicitly invite
Are never used for analytics, advertising, or shared outside your account

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your logs and associated media within 30 days.

6. Security

We use Firebase's infrastructure and industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. International Users

If you access Pip from outside the United States, you consent to having your data processed and stored in Firebase's global infrastructure, which may include servers outside your country.

8. Children's Privacy

Pip is intended for use by adults tracking information about children. It is not intended for use by children themselves. If you believe we have collected data from a child without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

You may:

View and update your profile and baby information at any time
Delete logs, photos, or your entire account
Contact us to request deletion of all stored data

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or your registered email.
